Micro-internship Pathway
Micro-internship Programs
The micro-Internship pathway is an 8-session program over an 8-week period. This is a hybrid experience for young people ages 13–21, combining online and in-person sessions with industry-themed, real-world project-based learning. Students work on industry-endorsed assignments, apply what they learn to solve authentic problems, receive performance feedback, and build professional confidence. Each experience culminates in a capstone presentation, where students present their solutions to mentors and peers—turning learning into evidence of what they can actually do.
