The Resilient Futures Network Capstone Assessment is the culminating experience of the program, designed to help students demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and competencies they have developed throughout their journey. Working in teams of five, students tackle a real-world business challenge, develop practical solutions, and present their recommendations to a panel of industry professionals. Each student also participates in an individual professional interview to showcase their communication, problem-solving, and career readiness skills. The experience concludes with personalized feedback from industry experts, providing students with valuable insights for their future education, career, and entrepreneurial pathways.
